Flexible rates
Cancel free of charge up to the stated number of days before arrival (shown on your rate, typically 3–5 days). Everything you have paid is refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Late cancellations
Inside the free-cancellation window we retain the first night’s charge including taxes and refund the remainder.
No-shows
If you do not arrive and have not cancelled, the full stay is chargeable.
Non-refundable rates
Saver and promotional rates marked non-refundable are not refundable or changeable once booked.
Modifying your stay
You can change dates up to one day before arrival from the Manage Booking page, subject to availability. Any difference in rate is payable or refundable.
Peak periods
For stays during the festive period (20 Dec – 5 Jan) and weddings or group bookings, special terms may apply and will be shown at booking.
